
Job Description:
Use the company's system to handle overseas regional customers and online after-sales issues;
Mainly responsible for logistics and after-sales problem solving of household small appliance robots such as floor sweepers and floor scrubbers;
Business process, service language, fault guidance, system usage training and case analysis;
working hours:
Take a 1-hour break from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm at noon. (Email position)
Timely adjust working hours according to overseas time for job positions. There is a shift subsidy for evening shifts. (Online positions, email positions)
Fixed weekends off per week, with statutory salary or compensatory leave adjusted according to overseas working hours during holidays.
Salary and benefits:
Salary will be determined through interviews based on foreign language proficiency and business experience.
The basic part of 6K-8K will be split into 80% of non accountable base salary and 20% of performance evaluation.
The comprehensive salary for the position is 7-9.5K, and the salary for the five insurances and one fund paid upon entry during the internship period remains unchanged.
The year-end bonus for January to March will be distributed based on performance evaluation at the end of the year. Average salary of 14.

Job requirements:
Standard Mandarin and foreign languages.
Fluent in foreign language listening, speaking, reading, and writing, able to communicate fluently in foreign languages (all clients are foreigners).
Master good communication skills and have clear logical thinking.
Job promotion and employee development:
Provide 15 days of system job training for onboarding, covering professional terminology and business organization. Ensure that employees can quickly adapt to the work business model. (Normal salary payment during training period)
The business is an after-sales position, not a traditional customer service. It mainly involves operational support in the cross-border field of foreign trade. Currently, the management team of employees is only internally promoted and not parachuted in. Every six months to one year, there will be salary and job promotion if the evaluation meets the standards.
